This case was originally calendared for trial at the Remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021, where Houston, Texas was listed as the place of trial. By Order of the Court dated October 15, 2021, jurisdiction of this case was retained by this Division of the Court.

On May 8, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Index No. 57). On May 17, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Index No. 58) containing necessary language not included in the decision previously filed.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Docket Index No. 57, filed with the Court on May 8, 2023, is stricken from the record of this case.
