This case was originally calendared for trial at the Court's Remote Trial Session set to commence on November 1, 2021, where Houston, Texas was listed as the place of trial. By Order dated October 15, 2021, this Division of the Court retained jurisdiction of this case.

Petitioners have four additional cases before the Court at Docket Nos. 23533-14 (tax years 2006 and 2010); 2899-16 (tax year 2011); 1309-17 (tax years 2012 and 2013); and 12609-19 (tax year 2015). On September 26, 2022, the parties filed a Status Report informing the Court that a basis of settlement has been reached in all issues in all cases, and that respondent is currently awaiting managerial review and approval of the proposed settlement. The parties have requested an additional sixty (60) days to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision, or a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
