These consolidated cases were originally calendared for trial at the Court's Remote Trial Session set to commence on November 1, 2021 where Houston, Texas was listed as the place of trial. By Order dated October 15, 2021, this Division of the Court retained jurisdiction of these consolidated cases.

Petitioners have three additional cases before the Court at Docket Nos. 1309- 17 (tax years 2012 and 2013); 489-19 (tax year 2014); and 12609-19 (tax year 2015). On July 25, 2022, the parties submitted a status report informing the court that revised settlement computations had been submitted by respondent's counsel to petitioner's counsel for review. The parties requested an additional sixty (60) days to submit decision documents.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 26, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision, or a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
