MEMORANDUM OPINION


On January 7, 2004, the Court directed appellant to provide the Court with written verification that they have paid for or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellants that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant's have not filed the written verification with this Court. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.
