ORDER

PER CURIAM.

The reporter's record in this case was due 08/06/2021. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1. On 08/06/2021, this court ordered the court reporter to file the record within 30 DAYS. We order SHERI ULLRICH, the official (or substitute) court reporter, to file the record in this appeal, if any, within 30 DAYS of the date of this order.

No further extension will be entertained absent exceptional circumstances. The trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed.
