An Article 78 proceeding to review a determination of respondent(s) having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 10, 2019,

And petitioner having moved to vacate the dismissal of the proceeding, and upon reinstatement, for an extension of time to perfect same,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal is vacated, the proceeding is reinstated and the time to perfect the proceeding extended to the May 2021 Term. ENTERED: December 15, 2020
