Revercomb v. Cronin

Supreme Court of Florida, En Banc
Sep 22, 1964
167 So. 2d 1 (Fla. 1964)

Opinion

No. 33341.

July 22, 1964. Rehearing Denied September 22, 1964.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

Spencer Taylor, Miami for petitioner.

Blackwell, Walker Gray, Miami, for Bernard Cronin, d/b/a Academy Auto Wreckers Co., and The Aetna Casualty Surety Co.; Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for Florida Industrial Commission, respondents.

We have examined the record and briefs and have heard oral arguments. We find that in the entry of the Order under attack the respondent Commission did not deviate from the essential requirements of the law. The writ of certiorari is therefore denied.

It is so ordered.

DREW, C.J., and THORNAL, CALDWELL, ERVIN and HOBSON (ret.), JJ., concur.
