MARIE REVEILLE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

Pending before the Court is petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, filed July 19, 2023. By Order served July 24, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file a supplement to the Application. The Order warned petitioner that failure to comply could result in the denial of her Application. To date, petitioner has failed to file such a supplement.

Because petitioner has not established that she lacks the ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 10, 2023, petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. Instructions on how to pay the Court's filing fee are available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the filing fee by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case.
