ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Dafna Revah (Appellant) appeals the trial court’s judgment and order awarding Jodi Bitton (Respondent) an amount in attorney’s fees following Respondent’s successful derivative claim against Appellant. Specifically, Appellant argues that the trial court abused its discretion by awarding fees because Respondent’s misconduct preceded and necessitated Appellant’s actions in this matter. Respondent also appeals the judgment and order of the trial court. First, Respondent argues the trial court awarded her inadequate attorney’s fees and second she contends that the trial court erred by failing to award her damages against a $30,000.00 injunction bond posted by Appellant.
We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, considered their oral arguments and we do not find any errors of law. A written opinion would not serve any jurisprudential purpose. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.
The trial court’s order is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
