DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated January 19, 2021, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 23, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfects the appeal on or before August 2, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by August 2, 2021, the court may dismiss the appeal on its own motion, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
