ORDER

Appellant's emergency motion to stay trial court proceedings is GRANTED, and all proceedings in the trial court are STAYED pending disposition of this appeal. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE § 51.014(b) (providing interlocutory appeal of order denying a motion to dismiss filed pursuant to section 27.003 stays all proceedings in the trial court pending resolution of the appeal). Appellant's emergency motion requesting enforcement of the stay order is DENIED AS MOOT. Appellees' motion to dismiss is DENIED. Appellees' motion to remove appellees' attorney as an appellee is GRANTED.

This court has been informed that all trial proceedings have been stayed.

We note appellees' attorney was never included as an appellee in the style this court assigned to this appeal. --------
