The judgment entered on August 30, 1982, is affirmed, with double costs on appeal and with interest on the judgment (including the amount of interest provided for therein) at the rate of twelve percent per annum from September 24, 1982. Execution for all the foregoing amounts is to issue from the Superior Court.
