ORDER
Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Molberg, and Justice Smith
On March 4, 2021, we lifted the stay imposed by this Court's order dated December 2, 2020 for the limited purpose to allow the trial court to conduct a permanent sealing hearing. Before the Court is appellants' March 17, 2021 letter which we construe as an unopposed motion to further modify the stay. Appellants ask that we further lift the stay to allow a hearing on another pending sealing motion. We GRANT the motion. We LIFT the stay in this Court's December 2nd order for the limited purpose to allow the trial court to conduct a hearing on appellants' Unopposed Motion to Permanently Seal Logs of Private Text Communications that was filed in the trial court on November 25, 2020. The trial court shall conduct the hearing within thirty days of the date of this order. Appellants shall notify this Court, within thirty-five days of the date of this order, of the trial court's permanent sealing ruling.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Jill Willis, Presiding Judge of the 429th Judicial District Court, and all counsel.
