Pending before the Court is Appellants' motion to file one appellant's brief related to the vexatious litigant order and a separate brief related to the judgment entered after the trial on the merits because a single brief will necessarily exceed the word count limitations set forth in TEX.R.APP.P. 9.4(i). The Rules of Appellate Procedure do not permit a party to file multiple briefs in order to avoid the length limitations set forth in Rule 9.4(i). While Appellants have a right to appeal, the right is not unlimited. As a result of the word count limitation, every party filing a brief is required to make choices regarding which issues and arguments should be presented on appeal. An appellate court has discretion to permit a party to file a brief which exceeds the word count limitations, but the Court will not consider such a motion unless it is accompanied by the brief. See TEX.R.APP.P. 9.4(i)(f). Appellants' motion to file multiple briefs is DENIED.
