The parties, by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree that this action may be dismissed with prejudice and on the merits, with each party to bear his or its own costs and attorney's fees, said matter having been fully compromised and settled, and on that basis, move the Court to enter an order dismissing this action with prejudice and on the merits, with each party to bear his or its own costs and attorney's fees.
