Order unanimously modified so as to strike out the allowance to the accountant on the ground that it was not authorized or his services shown to be necessary, and by reducing the allowance to the attorneys for receiver to $1,500 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion.
