ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to hold in abeyance is GRANTED. This appeal is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending the anticipated filing and resolution of an application for leave to appeal in the Michigan Supreme Court from this Court's September 23, 2021 opinion in Residents of Fresh Air Park Subdivision v Pointe Rosa Homeowners Association, Inc, Court of Appeals Docket Number 355011. If such an application is filed in our Supreme Court, the present appeal shall remain in abeyance until our Supreme Court enters an order or opinion fully disposing of the Supreme Court appeal in Docket Number 355011. If the anticipated application for leave to appeal is not filed in our Supreme Court by the deadline of November 4, 2021, the abeyance of the present appeal shall expire on November 5, 2021.

Appellants' brief in this appeal shall be due by 21 days after the expiration of the abeyance granted by this order. 1
