DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Gayon Clarke from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 26, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 20, 2011, the appellant's motion for leave to withdraw her brief and to serve and file a replacement brief was granted, and the appellant was given until October 5, 2011, to serve and file a replacement brief. The appellant has not complied with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 20, 2011.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
