ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


Plaintiff Research and Results Engineering, Inc., is hereby ordered to show cause why the above captioned case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff is directed to respond in writing within 10 days from the date of this order and inform the Court of the status of the case and intentions to proceed. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the case.

Even if it intends to proceed, Research and Results Engineering, Inc., is hereby further ordered to show cause why the Third-Party Complaint filed against Industrial Polymer Group, Inc., should not be dismissed for failure to effect service. The Third-Party complaint in this matter was filed on November 21, 2002, yet no service has been made on the defendant.
