On order of the Court, Administrative Order No. 1990-7 is rescinded, effective immediately.
Staff Comment: Administrative Order No. 1990-7 expanded previous Administrative Order 1989-2 authorizing courts to seek approval by the State Court Administrative Office to use videotape court recording systems on a pilot basis. The emergence of digital technology and the widespread use of video court recording by the trial courts have rendered this order obsolete. Standards and guidelines for video court recording systems have been updated and included in the SCAO Trial Court Case File Management Standards.
