On June 15, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, along with Exhibit(s) thereto. On August 12, 2021, respondent filed an Objection to that Motion and the Declaration of Karina I. Rego in Support thereof. On September 23, 2021, and September 24, 2021, petitioners filed a Reply to that Objection and the Declaration of Victor P. Republicano, Jr., in Support thereof, respectively.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is assigned to Special Trial Judge Peter J. Panuthos solely to dispose of petitioners' above-referenced Motion for Summary Judgment.
