NICHOLAS JAMES REPACE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

The petition to commence this case was filed May 31, 2022. On July 21, 2022, attorney Gregory J. Spadea filed in paper form an entry of appearance as counsel for petitioner. Electronic filing (efiling) is mandatory, however, for most parties represented by counsel in cases in which the petition is filed on or after July 1, 2010. As the entry of appearance was not efiled and was not accompanied by a motion to be exempt from efiling, we will strike Mr. Spadea's entry of appearance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the entry of appearance filed by Gregory J. Spadea on July 21, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. Counsel is advised to electronically file his entry of appearance.
