RAYMOND RENTERIA, Petitioner(s) v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order issued July 19, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to pay the $60.00 filing fee for this case. On July 27 and August 7, 2023, the Court received letters from petitioner, indicating therein that petitioner wishes to withdraw his petition. Petitioner's letters suggest that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee.
