DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss appeal or for extension of time to file and serve brief of attorney for children or for further alternative relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs, unless appellant shall make the subject children available to meet with the attorney for the children on or before November 13, 2017, in which event the motion to dismiss is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of the attorney for the children or for further alternative relief is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to file and serve the brief of the attorney for the children is extended to November 27, 2017.
