ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On January 3, 2024, petitioner submitted in paper form for filing an Objection to Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena, For a Protective Order and Award Attorney's Fees. That objection included several hundred pages of attachments. Due to an inadvertent clerical error the objection was filed without its attachments at Docket Index No. 44. That error was subsequently corrected by the placement on the record of the objection with all of its attachments at Docket Index No. 85.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Objection to Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena, For a Protective Order and Award Attorney's Fees filed at Docket Index No. 44 is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
