CORY LYNN RENSMON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 22, 2023, the Montana Department of Revenue (MDOR) filed (1) a Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena, and (2) a Brief in Support of Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena. By its motion and brief, MDOR requests that the Court quash five subpoenas that were served on MDOR by petitioner. Upon review of those documents, it does not appear that copies of the subpoenas are attached to the motion or the brief.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 30, 2023, the Montana Department of Revenue shall file a supplement to its motion and attach to it copies of the five subpoenas at issue. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on the Montana Department of Revenue, Legal Services Office, c/o Kristina K. Warren, at the address listed on page 1 of the Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena.
