This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed April 20, 2023. Respondent's motion was heard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 22, 2023. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. Counsel for petitioner appeared and represented that the documents necessary to support some of the deductions in dispute in this case would be provided to respondent within 90 days from the date of the hearing.

Upon that representation, it is ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
