ORDER


Whereas, the Court has received a letter, dated May 2, 2002, from Plaintiff, a copy of which is attached, requesting additional time to file and serve objections to Magistrate Judge Pitman's Report and Recommendation, and to make certain submissions to be considered in connection with the Report and Recommendation, which remains pending in the above-captioned action; it is hereby ORDERED, that Plaintiff's time to file objections to the Report and Recommendation, and any further submissions in connection therewith, is hereby extended to August 26, 2002.
