United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Jun 21, 2007
230 F. App'x 314 (4th Cir. 2007)

Opinion

No. 07-6282.

Submitted: June 15, 2007.

Decided: June 21, 2007.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. J. Frederick Motz, District Judge. (1:06-cv-01999).

Scott Lewis Rendelman, Appellant Pro Se. Phillip Michael Pickus, Office of the Attorney General of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.

Before WIDENER, MICHAEL, and KING, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Scott Lewis Rendelman appeals the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Rendelman v. Galley, No. 1:06-cv-01999 (D.Md. Feb. 15, 2007). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
