Opinion filed December 13, 1939. Rehearing denied January 8, 1940.

SALES, § 326defective heating elements, breach of guaranty. Trial court properly entered judgment for plaintiff in action for damages caused by defective heating elements sold by defendant under three-year guaranty to replace same free of charge if not satisfactory, where elements were unsatisfactory and defendant refused to replace them.
