Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 21, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of William R. Neville, sworn to November 19, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.

Memorandum: Appellant's remedy is a motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.13 (g).
