Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed June 26, 2024, it appearing that the petition in this case challenges the same notice of final partnership adjustment for tax year 2019, dated March 29, 2024, that petitioner challenges in the case at Docket No. 10499-24, and petitioner having no objection to the granting of just-described motion, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication is granted and this case is closed on the grounds of duplication. All future communications with respect to the notice of final partnership adjustment issued for petitioner's 2019 tax year should be directed to petitioner's case at Docket No. 10499-24.
