TRIAL, § 160determination of credibility of witnesses as within province of jury. It is province of jury to determine credibility of witnesses and weight to be given their testimony; they may test truth and weigh evidence by their knowledge and judgment derived from experience, observation and reflection, and are in much better position to determine truth of matter in controversy than court of review.
