Susan Reinhard, Plaintiff-Respondent-Appellant, v. Connaught Tower Corporation, Defendant-Appellant-Respondent, Arthur S. Olick, Defendant-Respondent.


Appeals having been taken from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 1, 2016 and August 3, 2016, and said appeals having been perfected, And the Real Estate Board of New York having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the Real Estate Board of New York to file nine copies of the amicus brief with the Clerk of this Court within seven days of this Court's order.
