Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; George J. Steiger, Judge.

Action by George K. Reif against Thomas Schumacker and Sidney M. Ehrman, trustees of the Western Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, for injuries incurred in the course of plaintiff’s employment as a switchman. From a judgment for the plaintiff, defendants appeal.

Reversed.
