Timothy Reif and David Fraenkel, as Co-Executors of the Estate of Leon Fischer and Milos Vavra, Plaintiffs-Respondents, v. Richard Nagy, Richard Nagy Ltd., etc., Defendants-Appellants, ARIS Title Insurance Corporation, Intervenor Defendant-Appellant.


Separate appeals having been taken by defendants-appellants and by intervenor defendant-appellant from 2 orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about September 14, 2016, and said appeals having been perfected,And, plaintiffs-respondents having moved for an order enlarging the record on appeal to include a certain insurance policy, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing plaintiffs-respondents to supplement the record to include the title policy, dated January 6, 2014, within 7 days of the date of this order.
