AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 116 — rear-end collision caused by blinding lights. Where defendant motorist was motioned to a stop at night at edge of traveled portion of graveled highway by truck driver who was proceeding in opposite direction, and who told motorist that his lights were not operating properly, whereupon motorist turned his lights to bright position and went in front of car to observe them, negligence of defendant and contributory negligence of plaintiff, driver of a third car also proceeding in opposite direction, who was blinded by defendant's bright lights and who drove his car into the rear of the truck, which at time of collision had just started forward, were properly submitted to jury, and verdict for plaintiff was not against manifest weight of evidence.
