ORDER DENYING PETITIONER'S MOTIONS TO AMEND


Came this day for consideration two motions filed by petitioner RONALD RAY REID, the first entitled "Motion to Amend Pleadings" filed on February 28, 2001 and the second entitled "Motion for Leave to File a Motion to Amend Pleadings in the Nature of Error Coram Nobis, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1651, With Brief in Support" filed March 14, 2001. By his motions, petitioner seeks to amend his pleading entitled "Nature of Error Coram Nobis" filed on May 1, 2000.

On this date, the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge entered a Report and Recommendation, recommending dismissal of petitioner's May 1, 2000 "Nature of Error Coram Nobis" on the basis that this Court does not have subject matter jurisdiction. As such, petitioner's February 28, 2001 and March 14, 2001 motions to amend are DENIED as moot.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
