Plaintiffs Steven F. Reiber and Mary L. Reiber ("Plaintiffs") and Defendants TDK Corporation, SAE Magnetics (H.K.) Ltd., Husko, Inc., and Headway Technologies, Inc. ("Defendants"), have submitted their Supplemental Joint Status Report [Dkt No. 22] and propose that the Scheduling Conference be continued for another forty-five (45) days and that the Court waive appearance at the March 5, 2012 Conference.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Scheduling Conference is continued from March 5, 2012 to April 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. An Amended Joint Status Report shall be filed no later than April 16, 2012.
