Motion by appellant for leave to appeal as a poor person or to dispense with printing denied, with leave to renew on papers which shall disclose definitely appellant's assets, income and entire financial position. The present moving papers contain general statements without alleging the requisite facts from which any conclusion as to appellant's indigency may be drawn. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
