NATHANIAL REGGISH, Appellant v. JOYCE A. STEPHENS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Collin County Probate Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. PB1-1777-2020.

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III, JUSTICE

By unopposed motion filed December 3, 2024, appellant informs the Court that the reporter's record deemed complete following a hearing regarding the record of certain proceedings is, in fact, not complete. Specifically, the record of a proceeding held September 13, 2021 has not been filed, and the reporter responsible for that record, Sharon Pearson, has not responded to communications from appellant. Appellant asks that we issue an order directing Ms. Pearson to file the record and that we extend the time for the filing of his brief to two weeks after the record is filed.

We note that appellant's brief has since been filed. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we ORDER Ms. Pearson to file the record no later than January 6, 2025 and ORDER appellant to file any amended brief no later than January 21, 2025.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pearson and the parties.
