On November 28, 2022, parties filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Entry No. 8) which was filed in the wrong case. On November 28, 2022, the parties filed a third Proposed Stipulated Decision (Entry No. 9) which is essentially identical to the first proposed decision document. In view of the foregoing, it is
