ORDER FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PLAINTIFF'S OPENING BRIEF
Based on Plaintiff's Motion and the agreement of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's Opening Brief shall be filed on or before October 27, 2011, Defendant's Answering Brief shall be filed on or before November 25, 2011, and Plaintiff's Reply Brief shall be filed on or before December 9, 2011.
The proposed Order filed by plaintiff contained a deadline for defendant's Answering Brief that fell on Thanksgiving Day. The Court therefore has moved that deadline, and the the deadline for plaintiff's optional Reply Brief, ahead by 1 day.
