MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, who is representing himself in this appeal, filed a brief that does not comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Court notified appellant of the deficiencies in a letter dated February 25, 2009, and directed appellant to file an amended brief that complies with the rules. The Court granted appellant two extensions of time to file the amended brief. On June 10, 2009, the Court ordered appellant to file his amended brief within twenty-one days or the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellant has not filed an amended brief that complies with the rules of appellate procedure. Accordingly, we strike the deficient brief tendered by appellant on February 25, 2009 and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(c).
