ORDER

Lori I Valenzuela, Justice.

Appellant's brief was due to be filed by September 2, 2024. On September 4, 2024, appellant's court-appointed counsel, Ms. Dayna Jones, filed a motion to withdraw. Ms. Jones certified the motion was served on appellant, and we have received no opposition to the motion.

Ms. Jones's motion to withdraw is GRANTED. We further ORDER the trial court to appoint new appellant counsel no later than September 30, 2024. The trial court clerk is ORDERED to supplement the record within seven days of the trial court's appointment of new counsel. Appellant's brief is due 30 days from the date the trial court appoints appellant new counsel.

All relief not expressly granted herein is denied.
