Appellant's brief was due to be filed by June 20, 2024. On June 10, 2024, the trial court granted appellant counsel's motion to withdraw. On June 20, 2024, pro se appellant filed a motion in this court requesting we abate this appeal and extend the deadline to file his brief until the trial court appoints new appellant counsel.

Appellant's motion is GRANTED IN PART as follows: We ORDER the trial court to appoint new appellant counsel no later than July 9, 2024. The trial court clerk is ORDERED to supplement the appellant record within 7 days of the trial court's appointment of new counsel. Appellant's brief is due 30 days from the date the trial court appoints appellant new counsel.

All relief not expressly granted herein is denied.
