DOUGLAS WAYNE REED, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 10th District Court Galveston County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 19CR1668

ORDER

The clerk's record was filed June 8, 2020. Our review has determined that a relevant item has been omitted from the record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record contains two copies of the jury's verdict on punishment but does not contain a copy of the jury's verdict on guilt/innocence. Accordingly, the Galveston County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record by July 15, 2020, containing the jury's verdict on guilt/innocence.

If the omitted item is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the omitted item is not a part of the case file.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, Jewell, and Hassan
