HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 171where record supported decree awarding wife separate maintenance and denying husband divorce. Decree awarding wife separate maintenance, attorney fees and costs and dismissing husband's counterclaim for divorce was affirmed, even though record indicated that on one occasion she struck him with board or ball bat, as husband's conduct, which included misconduct with another woman, frequent unexplained absences from home, refusal to cohabit and separation without contribution to spouse's support, was more than law requires wife to endure.
