This case was on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. Petitioner did not appear, because she has just signed a stipulated decision. Respondent's counsel was unavailable, and the Court does require both parties to sign. It is therefore ORDERED that this case is continued, and this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. ORDERED that, on or before November 23, 2022, respondent shall file a stipulated decision or a status report explaining why he hasn't.
