ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's September 30, 2024, Portland, Oregon, trial session.
On July 31, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance (Doc. 28). On August 16, 2024, respondent filed a Response to Petitioners' Motion to Continue (Doc. 30).
Also on August 16, 2024, petitioners filed an Unopposed Motion to Remotely Proceed (Doc. 31), and respondent filed a Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Petitioners' Objections to Respondent's Request for Admissions (Doc. 32).
On August 20, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the above-referenced pending Motions. On August 27, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 34) proposing possible trial dates and stating the expected length of trial.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance filed July 31, 2024, is granted in that this case is stricken from the September 30, 2024, Portland, Oregon, trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 30, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' Unopposed Motion to Remotely Proceed filed August 16, 2024, is denied. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Petitioners' Objections to Respondent's Request for Admissions filed August 16, 2024, is denied. It is further
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 3, 2025, Little Rock, Arkansas, special trial session beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 300 West Second Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 21, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report should also include a proposed pretrial schedule. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned judge.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
